Entry cost per team is $60 (not refundable). A check
for this amount must be included with the entry form. Each team must consist of
3 guys and 3 gals. Must be 18-years-old to enter (no exceptions). We are only
accepting the first 10 teams and they entry deadline is June 1st,
2012. Please send your entry form and check (made payable to Strawberry Point
Chamber of Commerce) to: Carol Thomas, P.O. Box 475, Strawberry Point, IA
52076. After we receive the entry form, you will be notified via e-mail of the
schedule and other needed information.
